How to Backup or Transfer iPhone Contacts to PC without iTunes or iCloud

There is no doubt contacts are the most valuable data on our phones and what we care most about preserving and backing up. It is a hard reality that, unlike other smartphones, Apple iPhone does not allow users to copy their contacts on the SIM card. You can only copy them on your phone and then back them up onto your PC. The question is, how do you backup or transfer iPhone contacts to your computer?
You can easily use iTunes to sync your iPhone contacts with Gmail, Outlook, or Windows Contacts. Now, since the iOS 5 and iOS 6 updates, you can also keep your iPhone Address Book in iCloud. However, not everyone wants to use these techniques and maybe just wants to keep a backup of their iPhone contacts to PC.

Step 1: Launch the program and connect your iPhone to your PC
Obviously, the first thing you are going to need to do is download the iPhone Contact to Computer Transfer (iPhone Contacts Backup and Restore) program. Once you have downloaded and installed it, you just have to execute the program. Then, you are going to connect the device (your iPhone or iPad) to your computer. The program should automatically recognize the device and display all the contacts in a user interface.
Note: Close the iTunes software; otherwise, iPhone Contact to Computer Transfer will not work properly.
Step 2: Transfer iPhone Contacts to PC
This application can be used to export/transfer your contact list from your device to your computer. In order to do this, you simply need to select the contacts you want to export. To select multiple contacts, hold down the Ctrl key and click each of the other contacts you want to select. Now click the button labeled "Export Contacts to File" or simply right click on the selected contacts and then choose "Export selected Contacts". In the end, enter a file name and choose the file format to export your iPhone Contacts. That’s it; all the selected iPhone contacts will be transferred to your PC in .vCard, CSV, HTML, Text, or PDF file format.
Tip: If you want to transfer all the contacts, select your iPhone in the devices list and click the "Export Contacts to File" button or go to file menu and select "Export Contacts to File" option.
Backing up iPhone Contacts
First select the contacts you want to backup from the contacts list by holding . In order to backup all the contacts, click and select your iPhone from the list of devices. Now click the "Backup Contacts" button or go to file menu and select "Backup Contacts" option. Give a name to your database and click Confirm to continue.
Note: You can go to Backup Files section any times to restore contacts back to your iPhone.
Import or Restore Contacts to iPhone
- Users can also use this application to restore contacts from their computer to their device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch). In order to do this, select the latest backup from the local databases and click "Restore Contacts to iPhone" button which can be found at the top of the screen or go to file and select "Restore Contacts to iPhone" option. You can also restore only selected contacts from the backup file.
